i made a series of polaroid photos of “no” in san francisco in 2002. 

24 became a flipbook: no (24).  i was seeing “no” a lot at that time. 

in 2009, i used these polaroids to create my first zine: no (24). 

these zines showed me how NO can be flipped to ON.

i also layered these 24 “no” panels (or “on” panels) onto 7 panels, creating no (24/7) and my no (24/7) zine
